This page is exclusively for schools (including colleges & universities) and other organizations that have 85 children or more which are located in the towns mentioned below.

If you are looking for info on having the truck at a party not related to schools such as a backyard birthday party please go to the main website.

If you are a member of a local school, PTO/PTA, church, synagogue, summer camp, YMCA, large daycare, or any organization that has at least 85 children, you're in the right place. I designed this site and the pricing in order to make things easier and more affordable for local schools & organizations to enjoy delicious ice cream from the truck. There's one thing I ask in return: You must use the online booking. If you book via phone/email these prices will not be available to you, and you will get the normal prices that are listed on the main website. Also please do not give this website to any children. Since the online booking on this site does not require a deposit, a child could easily book the truck. However, I do recommend spreading the word to other adults in the school systems and other organizations.

HELPFUL INFO

ALLERGY FRIENDLY MENU

We can accommodate allergies. Just choose the option for no nuts, and then those options wold be blocked off the menu. If some children have allergies to gluten, dairy, or anything else, it's best to keep those on the menu and instead simply have the child mention the allergy while choosing the ice cream at the serving window. Then we can help him/her choose a good choice.

KOSHER MENU

You can request a Kosher only menu. Most of the items are Kosher so you wouldn't lose many options.

MENUS

You will have the option between the full menu (31 options) and the limited menu (14 options) which is slightly cheaper.

I am often asked to supply only a small menu of about 3 items in order to keep things simple. This is not nearly as helpful as it may sound. So the only two options are the full menu and limited menu. And of course you can make the special requests regarding Kosher and allergies.

ICE CREAM

All the ice cream is prepackaged. There is no soft serve. I can hand out about 300 per hour when moving at top speed. I keep track of how much gets handed out in order to figure out the final bill.

COUPONS

There are some coupons out there, but since this page already has special pricing the only coupon applicable here is the 10% off for returning customers. You should automatically get it in your email.

TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS

Below in the pricing section it shows prices that include tax and prices without tax. If your organization is tax exempt be sure to check that option in the booking process.

PAYMENT

We accept cash, check, or credit card. You can either get a paper invoice or sent by email. Payment is expected within 30 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, $35 will be charged to you. In case the of inclement weather there will be no cancellation fee.

NECESSARY CRITERIA TO BOOK FROM THIS WEBSITE AND GET SPECIAL PRICING

The location of the party/event must be within the towns mentioned.

Online booking must be used. However, you can call/email to ask questions in case they are not answered here. And then you would have to do the booking yourself. You may get a quick phone call to confirm that an adult did the booking and not a child.

A minimum of 85 ice creams must be consumed. In case you only get to 75, for example, it's recommended to just take some more to reach 85. If you never reach 85 the normal full prices on the main website would apply which would defeat the whole purpose of the special pricing.

It must be paid on one bill. You can not have people pay for themselves individually.

If your situation does not meet all of the criteria you are welcome to use the main page to book the truck.

FULL MENU

LIMITED MENU

This consists of only the items in yellow lettering in MENU below.

For each additional 100 ice creams beyond the 450 - 549 range the truck can stay another 30 minutes with no charge.

For 550 - 649 servings the max time with no extra fee is 3.5 hours.

For 650 - 749 servings the max time with no extra fee is 4 hours.

For 750 - 849 servings the max time with no extra fee is 4.5 hours.

And so on .......
